DOW CORNING® EP-9261 TI COSMETIC POWDER

For use in: 
Description
This cosmetic powder provides smoothness and a powdery, non-greasy skin feel; high sebum absorption; soft focus; and improves SPF. As a white cross-linked dimethyl polysiloxane elastomer powder combined with low particle size titanium dioxide, it is also suitable to aid in formulation by thickening volatile silicone and facilitating compaction.
