The mission of the Women’s Network is to affirm and empower the women of Dow
Corning so they can effectively use their capabilities and connections to help
the company achieve its vision.
The Women’s Network is a sounding board and networking vehicle. It puts
women across the company in contact with each other so they can share common
concerns, find solutions, support, strengthen and serve as role models for one
another.
Working together with management, the Women’s Network identifies
opportunities for professional development, growth and advancement for
women.
