| Since being employed by Dow Corning, what has impressed me most
is the care and commitment that the company has towards employee safety. I'd
say that our safety program is second to none! As an operator, you are
responsible for some of the most sophisticated equipment in the world. There is
always something new to learn. The abundance of career opportunities in so many
