billion dollars of investment to provide critical materials to the fast-growing
solar technology industry. Dow Corning and Hemlock Semiconductor will expand at
our Hemlock, Michigan location as well as to build a new site in Clarksville,
Tennessee. New jobs will be created over the next few years once the expansion
