Donations
How to request a donation or contribution
Applications that fit our criteria should be submitted to the Dow Corning
Midland Site Contributions Committee. Applicants will be notified after their
funding request is considered.
| For proper consideration of your request, applications should
include the following information: |

The name, address, phone number and e-mail address of your non-profit
organization along with the name and contact information for a contact
person.

An explanation of the need, its key objectives, how your organization is
qualified to meet this need and who will benefit.

An overview of the funding plan

Indicate if any Dow Corning employees are affiliated with your
organization.

* Within three months of the completion of a project or supported activity
the organization is expected to submit a report on the results.
