Approval of December meeting minutes.

The CAP members agreed to change the April meeting to the second Tuesday of
the month.

Jack thanked the panel members for their support while he was acting Site
Manager.

Introduction of new Midland Site Manager, Ian O’Neil.

1. ACC’s Reputation Campaign: (Jan)
Jan Botz gave a presentation on the ACC’s Reputation Campaign as it relates to
the Community and Employees. She discussed the images of the Chemical
Industry, the changed name & focus and revitalizing the Responsible Care.
There are focus groups that have set the framework. The objective is for the
employees and community to have increased security and peace of mind with the
Chemical Industry.
