The January meeting minutes were approved.

Senator Dave Camp will be coming to the Midland Site for a tour on Monday,
February 9th.
1. State of the Plant (Midland Site) (Ian O’Neil)
Ian’s presentation focused around the emerging threat and what we need to do
to remain competitive and be successful. Affordability is a major concern. We
will be looking at ways to improve our Reliability & capability, Customer
Service & Asset Utilization for the Site.
The Midland Site will be receiving the Michigan Clean Corporate Citizen Award
in February. We continue to maintain a good working relationship with the DEQ.
Dow Corning has achieved the BSI/ISO Global Certification.
