Applications that fit our criteria should be submitted to the Dow Corning Midland Site Contributions Committee. Applicants will be notified of our decision after their funding request is considered.
To help the committee consider requests, applications should include the following details:

an outline of the project and detailed plan for funding. (maximum two pages)

name, address and contact phone number of your non-profit organization:

an explanation of the need for the project, its key objectives, how your organization is qualified to meet it and who will benefit

any contributions your organisation has received from Dow Corning in the past five years
-
indicate whether Dow Corning employees are affiliated with your organization:
