Shedding Light on Healthy Alternatives
When an Italian-based manufacturer needed an adhesive for automobile
headlamps, they turned to a new Dow Corning product as an alternative to
traditional polyurethane adhesives. The new product combines excellent
performance with low lamp fogging. More importantly, it minimizes emissions
compared to
polyurethane adhesives.
The launch of Dow Corning’s adhesive coincided with the introduction of more
strict emission requirements, as well as a push from manufacturing employees to
