to set the standard in specialty chemicals internet business models.
In 2003, Sheets became Dow Corning’s Vice-President and Chief Financial
Officer, a role in which his extensive commercial experience provides ongoing
insight into the company’s customer-centric strategy. In 2005, Mr. Sheets also

with the CEO and other corporate leaders, Sheets plays a key role in managing
growth through total customer solutions.

and professional positions in accounting, finance and marketing. He had a long
association with Dow Corning’s electronics business, where he held a variety
of commercial management positions leading to increasing global
responsibilities in this growing business. During this time, he improved
customer relationships, channel effectiveness and led the commercialization of
new products.
