Employers. The list was selected by the Great Place to Work® Institute and
the Capital, one of the biggest business magazines in Germany.
Dow Corning’s Seneffe site was rated Number 5 among Great Places to
Work in Belgium, and was the only manufacturing company selected in the top
10.
Dow Corning was also recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to
Work For® in Brazil. In the United States, for the second consecutive year,
Working Mother magazine selected Dow Corning as one of the 100 Best
Companies for Working Mothers.
Dow Corning Corporation also earned a spot on Fortune magazine’s 100 Best
Companies to Work For® list, next to other highly respected companies. The
milestone represents Dow Corning’s dedication to being an employer of
choice, from workplace atmosphere and health benefits to compensation and
work-life effectiveness programs.
