Production operators
An excellent preparation for a career as a production operator begins with
education in a recommended Chemical Operator program. Advanced placement in the
employment process is extended to all applicants who complete one of these

Skilled tradespeople
Relevant journeyman needs vary at the different Dow Corning and Hemlock
Semiconductor facilities, based on the technologies used at those facilities.
To qualify as a journeyman, you must have proof of journeyman status or a
license in a skilled trade utilized by Dow Corning.
Loss prevention officers
Preparing for a career as a loss prevention officer begins with an education in
criminal justice or fire science.
