Silicone sealants from Dow Corning have been used in structural glazing and other diverse applications throughout the construction industry for many years because of their superior durability and longevity relative to organic-based alternatives.

Glass sealants are used as

• A secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit, or
• A secondary edge seal in an insulating glass unit that will be structurally glazed*

Dow Corning offers you a variety of silicone glazing sealants for either of these insulating glass applications.  Choose the ideal sealant for your application based on specific criteria such as one- or two-part silicone sealant, neutral- or acetoxy-cure system and your intended substrates.
