How to Use TP-Range High Performance Impact Protection Fabric
CuttingBondingCompression Molding
•Cut to any shape desired
•Skiving or roll slitting can be used for simpler shapes like squares and rectangles
•Use automated cutting tools on thicker variations

What if...you used alternative cutting processes such as sawing or routing to cut grooves and folds to create three-dimensional shapes without having to mold the material?

•Choose from a wide range of adhesives to bond with other materials or additional TP-Range layers
•For a strong bond that doesn’t depend on glue, use flame bonding or a similar process to melt a sticky layer on the material’s surface
•Choice depends on application and the necessary bond strength

What if... there are cases where melting or gluing effects could be used for decorative accents?

•Create complex, three-dimensional parts
•Play with surface textures and material edges
•Add materials to create composite parts

What if...electronic devices, such as impact measurement or accelerometers, could be integrated with the material using an overmolding process?
