I BELIEVE IN AN INSTANT LONG LASTING BOND.

You want an instant bond that’s strong, flexible, and reliable? Heat me up, and I’ll increase your productivity. I’m always ready when you are.
bullet 01 USAGE
Hot-Melt Silicone can be used to bond or seal many common materials (PVC, aluminum, painted or treated wood, plastics) without the need of a primer. Typical applications include assembly of water related equipment (water filters), food appliances (refrigerator), automotive lighting / electronics and marine vehicles. Design concepts include: model making and rapid prototyping.
bullet 02 AESTHETIC PROPERTIES
Water clear or colored (white, grey, black), Hot-Melt Silicone has a surface hardness of 45-60 shore and rubber appearance. It is often used to fill gaps.
bullet 03 MATERIAL PERFORMANCE
Hot-Melt Silicone offers flexibility with instant bonding, long open time & long term bond strength. When cured, it is stable over a wide temperature range (-45 to 150°C), provides superior weather resistance (UV, water) and resists hardening, cracking, crumbling & drying. It offers chemical stability, electrical insulation properties and low flammability.
bullet 04 PROCESSING
Hot-Melt Silicone is available in cartridges, drums or pails and must be heated during use. It is best-suited for automated dispensing equipment but can also be dispensed from a handheld gun.
bullet 05 SUSTAINABILITY
Hot-Melt Silicone is a low VOC, low odor material that is user friendly. Processing advantages also minimize waste and cleanup.
bullet 06 COST
Hot-Melt Silicone is priced a little higher than other RTV silicones, but typically reduces total production costs.
