Looking for a long-term commitment with a screen-printing ink? Has PVC let you
down? I'm soft, stretchable and very reliable. While other inks crack or fade
away, I'll be there through thick and thin.

01
USAGE
Screen-Printing
Silicone can be used in general purpose printing (manual screen
printing). Design concepts include pattern printing (for usage on natural &
synthetic fabrics including elastic fabrics) and sportswear & casual
apparel (jerseys, jackets, hats, bathing apparel, shirts, sleepwear &
undergarments).

02
AESTHETIC PROPERTIES
Semi-gloss or matte in appearance, Screen-Printing Silicone
can be pigmented to custom colors. It is soft with a low-tack touch.

03
MATERIAL PERFORMANCE
Screen-Printing
Silicone offers high elongation (850%, excellent for fabric with 15-20%
LYCRA®), good durability (washing and weathering, won’t melt at iron
temperatures), reduced total cost of use (lower cycle time, better coverage and
excellent color fastness).
LYCRA® is a registered
trademark of INVISTA

04
PROCESSING
Screen-Printing
Silicone is a 2 component system: base & catalyst can be manually
weighed, mixed and cured at room temperature. It can be used with standard
printing equipment. A fine screen is recommended for smooth printing. Color is
determined by adding pigment.

05
SUSTAINABILITY
Screen-Printing
Silicone contains no organotin, phthalate, formaldehyde, PVC or
solvent.

06
COST
Screen-Printing
Silicone is a specialty product that provides superior benefits over
traditional inks.
