Photoneece® PWDC-1000 from Dow Corning is a positive tone photosensitive material. This polyimide is used in the semiconductor arena as a stress buffer and/or redistribution layer. PWDC-1000 is also used in Optoelectronic applications as a passivation and insulation layer as well as in OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) applications as an insulation layer.
