There are also drawbacks to each of the coating families to be aware of.
Solventless Heat Cure Coatings can have their cure inhibited by
certain chemicals that are sometimes present from electronic circuit processes
or components. The RTV Elastomeric and RTV Elastoplastic Coatings
require moisture for their cure and may have difficulties with highly confined
situations.
