Packaging and Storage Recommendations
Dow Corning ® brand silicone gels are supplied in a variety of
standard packages ranging from small bottles or cans to mid-sized pails or
even drums and totes. Collapsible bladder packs are also available for some
products that avoid air in the headspace above the liquid gel components.
One of these standard packages will likely be right for your process, whether
you are encapsulating a few units or have a high volume continuous process.
But if there are special needs for your situation, talk to us about custom
packaging options from Dow Corning or one of our authorized repackagers.
All of Dow Corning’s products are designed for many months of storage under
the recommended conditions. Storage in warm or wet conditions should be
avoided.
