Thermal Interface - Wet Dispensed

Thermally Conductive Materials for Pad Manufacturing Overview

Dow Corning® Thermally Conductive Materials for Pad Manufacturing are soft, two-part, thermally conductive elastomers. These low-viscosity materials feature good thermal conductivity, making them suitable as base material for thermally conductive pads.

SE4430 is a two-part, low viscosity, UL 94 V-0 rated, thermally conductive base material for creating thermally conductive pads.  When cured it forms a soft elastomer with good thermal conducitvity.

For assistance in processing this material into pads please contact our Application Center.
