Power Electronics’ Ed Sanchez selected as guest editor for Journal of Materials Research
Ed
Sanchez, crystal growth manager for Power Electronics, has been selected as a
guest editor for the Journal of Materials Research Focus Issue on
Silicon Carbide – Materials, Processing and Devices.
Journal of Materials Research (JMR) announced a special focus issue
for January 2013, featuring several areas of silicon carbide technology: (1)
advances in bulk and epitaxial material growth and substrate technology, (2)
advances in power electronic devices that have been commercialized in the past
two years and (3) new progress in MEMS technology with a particular interest in
biomedical applications of SiC.
