With an industrial-scale module assembly pilot line and advanced testing
facilities, you and Dow Corning experts can work together to arrive at the

Our 27,000-square-foot Solar Solutions Application Center offers you a range
of capabilities.

The Module Assembly Pilot Area provides large-scale PV module
assembly production for research and development.

Accelerated Environmental Aging Equipment simulates outdoor
environmental conditions. Features include: damp heat, humidity freeze cycling,
thermal cycling and UV exposure.

Sun Simulator Room simulates the solar spectrum of outdoor sunlight.
The simulator room enables testing of PV module power generation and measures
the impact of environmental aging.

Material Development Laboratory offers state-of-the-art silicone
product development and testing. The laboratory provides enhanced material
formulation development, material characterization, property testing, and
application engineering and development.
