Why is a Member Account locked: We have set up a password lock-out
process to protect your member account. After 5 failed attempts
to login, your account will be locked for 2 hours.
An e-mail will automatically be sent to the registered e-mail ID. This e-mail
will provide explanations on how to retrieve your account. It will also notify
you if someone else is trying to use your member ID.
How to retrieve your account and password:
Your account will be automatically unlocked if, after 2 hours,
you enter your
password correctly within 5 tries.
You can also unlock your account immediately by completing the Forgot Your Password procedure. You will have to provide your e-mail
address. An e-mail will be sent to you with a link to a page where you can
enter a new password.
